Wilda Idell Milligan, 96, died at 8:12 a.m. Saturday, March 26, 2011 at Blu-Foutnain Manor in Godfrey. Born May 8, 1914 in Polo, MO, she was the daughter of Smith and Lura (Pate) Webb. She was a member of the Heartland Baptist Church. Surviving is a daughter, Rita Briner of Lee's Summit, MO, one son, Roger Buchanan and his wife Claudia of Godfrey, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. There will be no services.
