Theresa A. (Torres) Bunker, 67, died at 9:14 p.m. Friday, October 27, 2017 in Wood River surrounded by her loving family. Born January 30, 1950 in Alton, she was the daughter of Jessie F. and Doris Mae (Bennett) Torres. Theresa was a homemaker and greatly loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She married Harvey Lee Bunker Sr. He preceded her in death. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Danny Lee and Wendy Bunker of Wood River, two grandchildren, Cameron Daniel Bunker and Tyler Mathew Bunker. Also surviving is her life partner, Ralph Bonvicino Alton, and four sisters, Mary Valenzuela of Granite City, Suzie Holt of Alton, Ramona Lawson of Alton, and Lisa Lee of Wood River. Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Virginia Skaggs, Esther Hardin and Helen Evans, and two brothers, Joseph Anthony Torres and Sylvester Torres. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton where funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 3, 2017.
