Terra Jane Miller, 44, died at 4:52 a.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at her residence. She was born October 8, 1974 in Alton the daughter of Ronald Alan and Kem (Morten) Wiegand. On February 19, 2016 in Edwardsville she married Wallace Miller and he survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Elayni Exton (Kody Crutchley) of Godfrey, IL, Erin Riffey (Travis) of Alton and Emily Exton (Caleb Geisen) of East Alton, and one son, Austin Breckle of Hartford, five grandchildren, Kade, Alex, Kurtis, Addie Mae and Noelle, two step-children, Makeia Miller of St. Louis, MO and Brianna Miller of Cahokia, her grandparents, Charles and Shirley J. Morten, two brothers, Matthew Wiegand of Granite City and Micheal Wiegand of Bethalto and four brothers-in-law, Freddie Miller of Belleville, Roger Miller of Granite City, Eric Miller of Edgemont, IL, and Lamond Miller of Collinsville, one sister-in-law, Ruthie Woodhouse of Swansea. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Jasmine Lea Wiegand and her in laws, Jessie and Ruth Miller. A celebration of life will begin at 5:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at the Upper Alton Baptist Church, 2726 College Avenue, Alton, IL.
