Samantha Nicole Bliss, 23, passed away October 24, 2011. She is survived by her mother, Betty Bliss and her brothers and sisters. A memorial service will be at 5:00 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, 2011 at the Assembly of God Church on 9th Street in Wood River.
