Ronny "Sissy" L. Foutch, 43, died at 5:58 p.m. Sunday, September 23, 2012 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL. She was born August 20, 1969 in Urbana, IL the daughter of Tony and Barbara (Boren) Crossman. She was a bar tender in various Alton Bars for many years. She was formerly married to Alan Ratliff of Wood River. Surviving are a son; Robert Ryan of Alton and one daughter; Samantha Jo Stoops of Alton. One sister; Missy Foutch Austin (Bill) of Jerseyville and one brother; Orville "Buddy" Foutch of Chicago, one Nephew; Tony Taul of Kane, two nieces; Wendy Taul of Jerseyville and Randi Ryan of Kane and three great nieces; Loretta and Alexis Taul, and Hailey Geary, and one great nephew, Ayden Taul, and three best friends; Margaret Ryan, Valerie Wells and Jessica Gravitt. A celebration of life visitation will be Sunday, September 30, 2012 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Gent Funeral Home in Alton.
