Peggy Sue Sicuso, 86, died at 9:10 a.m. Sunday, November 30, 2014 at Rosewood Care Center in Alton. Born January 22, 1928 in Hannibal, MO, she was the daughter of W. R. and Frances (Mills) McOwan. She retired from Illinois Bell as a telephone operator. She married Frank Sicuso. He preceded her in death. Surviving is a brother and sister-in-law Mike and Patty McOwan of Grafton and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Earl "Kurly" Herrin. Graveside services will be private. Gent Funeral Home in Alton is in charge of arrangements.
