Michael "Randy" Tovo, 75, died at 1:43 a.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Alton Memorial Hospital. Born September 27, 1948 in Alton, he was the son of Anthony Tovo and Gertrude (Watkins) Evilsizer. Michael served in the U.S. Navy and retired as a bartender. Surviving is a brother, Ronald Tovo of South Carolina, and three sisters, Jan Tovo, Alton, Melinda Tovo of Dewey, AZ, and Lori Sowders of Brighton. He was preceded in death by his parents.
