Marilyn F. Sherman, 82, of Brighton, IL passed away Sunday, March 23, 2025 at Jersey Community Hospital, Jerseyville, IL. She was born on December 11, 1942 in Deer Plain, IL to the late Arthur and Sophie (Kraut) Schulze. She married David Sherman and he precedes her. Surviving are her two sons, Eric Sherman and Neil (Jeanne) Sherman, a granddaughter, Amanda, a sister, Glenda Jones and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and a brother, Arthur Schulze. Memorial visitation will be from 1 to 3 pm, Saturday, April 5, 2025 at Gent Funeral Home, Alton, IL.
