Margaret A. "Mike" Watts, 100, Fortified with the Sacrament of Holy Mother Church Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at her home in Florida. Born March 8, 1914 in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of John and Margaret (Berney) Hof. She married Glennon Watts in August 1934 in St. Louis, MO. He preceded her in death in 1972. Surviving is a daughter, Margaret "Margie" Mullarkey (Walter "Mac" McNeil) of Hudson, FL, a son, Richard "Rick" Watts (Darlene) of Mobile, Alabama, 10 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren. Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Johnny and George Hof, and two sisters, Bernedette Dent and Ann Dent. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Friday, April 11, 2014 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 12, 2014 at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Alton. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in St. Louis, MO. Memorials may be made to Masses.
