Judith A. Duncan, 67, of Belleville died at 9:43 p.m. Monday, January 31, 2011 at Community Care Center of Mar-Ka in Mascoutah. She was born in Alton on June 23, 1943 the daughter of the late Earl Henry and Pearl Mae (Earnhart) Waltz. On May 17, 1975 she married Roger Duncan at the First General Baptist Church of Wood River. He survives. Also surviving is one daughter, Rose Kennedy of Clayton, NC, two sons, Ralph Daniel Pauley of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, and Scott Timothy Duncan of Alton, four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and three sisters, Jane Butcher of Belleville, Elen Robins of Wood River, and Donna Jones of Odessa, TX. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jack and Joe Waltz and a half brother, Junior Dillinger. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday at Gent Funeral Home in Alton where funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday. Reverend Rudy Pulido will officiate. Burial will be at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.
