Jeanne Marie Hughes, 65, died at 1:38 p.m. Saturday, June 8, 2024 at Jerseyville Nursing & Rehab. Born October 1, 1958 in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of Kenneth and Marcella (Fauge) Moser. Jeanne worked in customer service for U-Haul in St. Louis, MO. She married Steven Hughes. He survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Christine Wenzel, Marissa Todd, two sons, Richard Staley and Brendan Staley, two grandchildren, Alexa Crocker and Jace Wenzel, a brother, Ken Moser, and a sister, Nancy Krenski. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Cathy Gleese. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2024 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton.
