James Henry Hebblethwaite III, 49, passed away at 9:28 p.m. Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at St. Louis University Hospital. Born March 9, 1966 in Fredericktown, MO, he was the son of James Henry Hebblethwaite II and Judith (Labruyere) Hebblethwaite and step-mother Susanne Hebblethwaite. He served in the U.S. Army and worked for Intertek for the past five years. Surviving are two daughters, Ashley Bialczyk of Owensville, MO and Amber Hebblethwaite of Alton, one son, Matthew Hebblethwaite of South Roxana, and four grandchildren, Jordan, Austin, Clarice and Connor. Services were private.
