David L. Scott, 72, died at 10:10 p.m. on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at White Hall Nursing and Rehab. He was born August 16,1952 in Carrollton, IL the son of the late Harold Richard and Lois (Bell) Scott. David worked as a farmer for many years. On November 24, 1979 he married Pamela "Pam" Vinson and she survives. Also surviving are two sons, Michael Scott (Theresa) of Gillispie, IL and Joshua Scott of Greenfield, IL, three grandchildren, Trent, Jaxton and Ryder and two great grandchildren, Sterling and Toryn. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Joe Scott. A Celebration of Life will be from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Faith Baptist Church in Greenfield, IL. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
