Cheryl Lynn Hausman, 77, of Elsah, IL passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2026.

Born on May 2, 1949, in Christopher, IL, the daughter of Dalles and Isabell (Holman) Terry. She married Kevin A. Hausman on April 17, 1971, in Alton.

Surviving are her husband, Kevin; a daughter and son, Jason (Jenny) Hausman and Sarah Bartlett; granddaughters, Rebeka Bartlett, Lee Ann (Brian)Biggs and Connie (Sean) Webster; great grandsons, James Biggs, Lucas Biggs and John Webster; two brothers, Ralph W. Terry and Bev A. Terry. She was preceded in death by her parents and a great grandson, Sam Biggs.

Cremation rites have been entrusted to Gent Funeral Home & Cremation Services. A Celebration of life will be held at Vaughn Hill Church of Christ 662 S. Bellwood Drive, East Alton, IL on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 10am with Service at 12. Memorials may be given to the Sam Biggs Memorial Foundation.
